The Klay Instruments 4000 is a microprocessor-controlled pressure transmitter engineered for demanding industrial applications across the 0.1–100 bar range. Its exceptional 0.075% accuracy and 20:1 turndown ratio deliver reliable measurement stability even under variable process conditions. The unit supports multiple communication protocols (4–20 mA, HART, Profibus PA) and features a multilingual display with real-time temperature monitoring, enabling seamless integration into modern process automation systems. Constructed from corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel with optional Hastelloy C or gold-plated diaphragms, the transmitter operates reliably across process temperatures from –20 to +80 °C and ambient conditions to –20 to +70 °C, with IP66 protection (IP68 available) and ATEX/IECEx certification for hazardous area deployment.
